How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription Management page in Settings. When you cancel, you'll retain full access to the app until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! We use Plaid, a secure third-party service trusted by thousands of financial apps. Our application and servers never touch your financial credentials. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Raw transaction data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Which credit cards are supported?

Currently, we support American Express Platinum and Gold cards, as well as the Chase Sapphire Reserve in preview (not all transactions may be automatically identified, but we're working on it). We're planning to add support for more cards in the future. Check the app for the latest list of supported cards.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Delete My Account. This action is irreversible and will remove all your data from our systems within 30 days.

How does benefit tracking work?

We automatically sync your credit card transactions and use them to identify benefit redemptions. You can also manually record benefit redemptions like Uber credits. The app tracks your progress and sends reminders before benefits expire.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions are billed quarterly or annually. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, but you're welcome to cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
